Our interpretation of Cabernet Franc. Blackcurrant meets forest floor and delicate notes of nougat. Sweet black walnut lingers on the finish, carried by a juicy, creamy structure. Opulent and generous on the palate. Aged for 24 months in American oak.

Vinification:
Gentle destemming and meticulous sorting to remove all green material, underripe and overripe berries, as well as any “biodiversity”. Controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks, 21 days of maceration, followed by malolactic fermentation in barriques.

24 months in new American oak barrels
