Cesario Brut

Cesario Brut is our interpretation of a high-quality sparkling wine, crafted using the traditional method of bottle fermentation. Made from Sauvignon Blanc and Cabernet Franc, the Sauvignon Blanc as a Blanc de Blancs and the Cabernet Franc as a Blanc de Noirs. Blanc de Noirs – literally “white from black” – is the French term for a white wine made from red grape varieties.

Aromas of blackcurrant, gooseberry and vineyard peach meet buttery brioche and delicate toasty notes. On the palate, youthful, playful acidity meets a subtle touch of tannin and finely integrated natural carbonation. Elegant and beautifully balanced, Cesario offers a smooth, refined drinking experience with a long, lingering finish.
