PINK PEARLS SPRITZ
INGREDIENTS:
- 100 ml Pink Pearls Frizzante
- 50 ml soda water or tonic*
- Ice cubes
- Fresh strawberries or raspberries
- Mint
- A slice of lime
Serve everything directly over ice in a wine glass and garnish with fresh berries.
OUR TIP: Ice-cold berry tonic is our favourite!
Mediterranean Wholegrain Pasta Salad

Ingredients
- Wholegrain pasta
- Cherry tomatoes
- Cucumber
- Bell pepper
- Rocket
- Feta
- Olives
- Fresh herbs (e.g. parsley or basil)
Dressing
- Olive oil
- Lemon juice
- Dijon mustard
- Honey
- Salt & pepper
Preparation
Cook the wholegrain pasta until al dente and leave to cool. Cut the vegetables into bite-sized pieces and add them to the pasta together with the feta, olives and herbs. Mix all the ingredients for the dressing, pour over the salad and combine well. Leave briefly for the flavours to come together before serving – and your ideal summer salad to accompany a Pink Pearls Spritz is ready.
